Well after I ordered the replacement parts, I realized that it will take 14 to 20 days to receive my items. I received an email confirmation for the order but no reference order number. Well I wanted to cancel my order but I no order number to be able to cancel my order. I email this merchant for a review of my order because I wanted to cancel. But Wltoys never responded. I ask my credit card to investigate and they returned me my money. Well 20 days later I get an apology for Wltoys for taking so long to respond. They said that my order is on it's way. Well I already received the items that I ordered from Amazon 20 days ago. It took Amazon 3days for me to get my parts. This Wltoys company took 24days for me to receive my parts. I'm not gonna try to return these parts, I should cuz they charged me double for the same product I bought from Amazon. I'll keep the parts for spare parts. I just want nothing more to do with these people. I wasn't gonna write a review but they keep bugging me to give them a review. So here you go hoe, hoe, hoe, jolly green giant!
