Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@wltoys.co with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have issues, reach out to us at Contact@wltoys.co.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
