At WLtoys.co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
