1. Returns

- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us before sending it back.
4. Return Shipping
